Summer Swim League is about having Fun in the Sun, where swimming is more than the competition.
There are three basic types of meets in MCSL:
➢ "B" Dual Meets - run each Wednesday Evening for 5 weeks and open to all swimmers regardless of their times.
➢ "A" Dual Meets - run each Saturday Morning for 5 weeks and limited to qualified swimmers (generally top 6 swimmers in each event in a team.)
➢ Division Championship Meets - run once per season and limited to qualified swimmers (generally top 2 swimmers in each event on each of the teams in the Division.)
➢ Division Championship Relay Meets - run once per season and limited to qualified swimmers (generally top 2 swimmers in each event on each of the teams in the Division.)
➢ Individual All Star Meets: run once per season and limited to qualified swimmers (generally top 16 swimmers in MCSL in each event.)
➢ All Star Relay Meets: run once per season and limited to qualified swimmers (Eight teams plus two alternates will be invited for each event at each section of the meet)
➢ Coaches Invitational Long Course Meets - run once per season and limited to qualified swimmers (generally, top 8 swimmers in MCSL in each event )
