As a swim dad, probably like many other swim parents, I often use USA Swimming Motivational Time Standards to check how fast my kids swim compared to others nationwide. However, the Time Standards provided by USA Swimming are in PDF format, which can be difficult to use on a cell phone. To solve this, I built this website by converting the PDF files into mobile-friendly web pages, making them easy to filter by age and gender.
I am continually adding time standards for various swimming meets, from national level, like the International Team Trials, Phillips 66 National Championships, Speedo Championships, and Toyota US Open to Zone and LCM meets.
